1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Premier Athletes training platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Premier Athletes' platform for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Video Content

All training videos and content are for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any of the video content in any form or by any means without our prior written consent.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once content has been accessed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Affiliate Program

Participants in our affiliate program must comply with all program rules and guidelines. Fraudulent activity, spam, or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions.

7. Coaching Services

1-on-1 coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to coach availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Training and athletic activities carry inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during training. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any training program.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
